How is the 40% commission calculated?
You earn 40% of the base subscription price your client pays, every month their subscription stays active and paid. Taxes, add-ons and one-off fees are not included. Full details are in the partner agreement you receive after approval.
Is there a minimum number of clients?
No. You can apply with a single client in mind. We look for agencies that work with businesses that talk to customers on chat, whatever your size.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are summarized in a monthly statement and paid by bank transfer. Your partner manager walks you through the payout schedule during onboarding.
Can I charge my clients for setup and management?
Yes. Your own services such as AI agent training, campaign management or integrations are yours to price and invoice. The 40% commission comes on top of what you bill.
Do my clients pay ChatMo directly?
By default your clients subscribe to ChatMo directly, so billing and invoices stay simple and you never carry payment risk. Ask your partner manager if you need a different arrangement.
What is the difference between Agency and Affiliate?
Affiliates share a link and earn 20% with no review. Agencies earn 40% because they bring and support business clients, and they get a partner manager, demo workspace and sales kit.
How long does the review take?
Usually two working days. If we need more information we will reach out by email or WhatsApp.
